Fernando Ramos is North South Law Group’s founding member in charge of the Central Florida Office.  Fernando Ramos is a graduate of Boston College Law School and is admitted to the Florida Bar.  Fernando is a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Mediator, and a Notary public in the State of Florida.

During the course of his 23 years in federal government service, he served as a criminal investigator, Assistant Special Agent in Charge as well as Special Agent in Charge in various locations around the country including Massachusetts, Louisiana, and Washington D.C.  He investigated, supervised and managed violations of law including but not limited to embezzlement, contract fraud, disaster assistance fraud, public assistance fraud, and mortgage fraud among others.  Fernando served his last two years standing up a Whistleblower Complaint Division within his organization.

Fernando also served in the U.S. Coast Guard as a member of the Coast Guard Investigative Service.  Since co-founding North South Law Group, Fernando has focused his law practice on Estate Planning, Small Business Law, and Real Estate Law as well as Internal Corporate Investigations and HUD compliance representation and consulting services.  Fernando has continued his interest in providing educational knowledge to the community at large by providing presentations and outreach to minority owned small businesses, nonprofits as well as State and local government institutions.  He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
